Great article. You always see and hear a lot about what is going on in rural areas in regard to renewable energy... corn in Iowa, wind farms, etc... but what is being done in the cities?
What can we do here? Are there programs to swap out light bulbs? Is anyone installing photovoltaic cells on their roof?
